Pat McAleese
Upon graduating from Towson University in Maryland, Pat decided to pursue a career in the optical field. She completed a 2 year apprenticeship and received her certificate of Opticianry from the American Board of Opticianry in 1982.
She joined our practice in 1996 where she provides expert advice on frame and lens selection, fits, adjusts and repairs eyeglasses, instructs patients in contact lens insertion, removal and care, and performs visual fields and other vision tests. She is also an expert in answering questions about patients' vision plans.
Outside the office, Pat enjoys working in her yard and doing home remodeling projects with her husband, Scott. In the winter she likes to go skiing in the Poconos and out west with her family.

Diana Griffen
Diana performs valuable behind the scenes work for the office, including electronic claims submission, payroll and staff training. She also helps out at the front desk when staff are on vacation.
She graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Nursing and has worked part-time at Brandywine Hospital for over 30 years. She enjoys hiking, bike riding and being outdoors. She and Dr. Griffen love to visit with their grown children whenever they can. They are also thrilled to welcome their first grandchild, Luna Mei, to the Griffen clan.
Anita DeLuke
Anita is our newest staff member and she brings with her extensive experience working in optometric settings. She and her husband relocated from New Jersey in 2019 with their two children and love exploring Phoenixville and Chester County. .
Anita graduated from Cumberland County Community College in 1984 with a Liberal Arts degree in Business Administration. Her favorite past times are going to the beach with her friends and family in the summer, as well as walking her dog, doing Pilates and shopping. She has considerable knowledge of contact lenses, eyeglasses and eye conditions and her enthusiasm will be an asset to our practice
